De zoektocht naar de rode draad

Toen Fadenka opzoek ging naar de rode draad in haar kunstwerken, maar ook in haar persoonlijke leven, raakte ze gefrustreerd omdat ze die niet zag. Deze frustratie leidt tot een nieuw kunstwerk: een letterlijke verzameling aan elkaar geknoopte, gevonden, draadjes. Fadenka vraagt zich overigens af od dit werk de gevonden rode draad vertegenwoordigt of juist de eindeloze zoektocht definieert. Het antwoord blijft vooralsnog onbekend: dit motiveert haar om de rode draad te blijven verzamelen.

Search for the common thread

When Fadenka tried to look for the common thread in her life, as well as in her artworks, she got frustrated by not seeing it. This frustration leads to a new work of art: A literal collection of red threads knotted together. Fadenka wonders if this work represents the founded common thread, or the search for it. For the time being, the answer remains unknown: this motivates her to keep collecting the red thread..
